On January 4, 2022, Shenzhen Xinmao signed an "Investment Agreement" with the Management Committee of Yilong New Area in Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou Xinmao and implement an annual production of 140000 tons of lithium battery positive and negative electrode material recycling and reuse project.
This project is a manufacturing base for the recycling and reuse of positive and negative electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries with an annual production capacity of 140000 tons. The overall design scale is the full process of producing 100000 tons of graphite negative electrode materials and 40000 tons of positive electrode materials. The overall planning and phased implementation are carried out. The total investment of the project is 2.98 billion yuan, with a first phase investment of 1.66 billion yuan. The negative electrode graphite is 60000 tons/year, and the iron lithium is 20000 tons/year; The second phase investment is 1.32 billion yuan, with 40000 tons/year of negative electrode graphite and 20000 tons/year of iron lithium.
After the project is fully completed, it can achieve an annual production of 140000 tons of lithium ion positive and negative electrode materials for recycling and reuse, with an annual operating income of over 7.3 billion yuan and an annual tax payment of over 335 million yuan, driving local employment of over 1200 people.
