A key member of Xinmao's technical team with over 20 years of experience in the lithium battery material industry, and core members with over 30 years of experience in the carbon material industry, accumulating rich experience in product development and engineering optimization. Xinmao Company has also signed cooperation agreements with renowned research institutes such as Tsinghua University Shenzhen Research Institute, Guangdong University of Technology, Taiyuan University of Technology, and Shanghai University of Applied Technology to jointly research and develop physical recycling of discarded power batteries, new generation lithium battery materials, and new carbon materials. Including electromagnetic shielding materials, high-end carbon brushes, silicon carbon, solid-state battery materials, sodium ion battery materials, etc.

R&D investment
In the early stages of the company's establishment, the founders set the company's business philosophy of using technology as the driving force and striving for survival through quality. They invested over 7% of their annual sales revenue as product research and development expenses. At present, there are well-established research and development testing centers at the Shenzhen headquarters and each base.

R&D Achievements
The company owns all independent intellectual property rights of its products, with 33 invention patents and utility model patents. It is expected to apply for more than 2 invention patents annually in the future.
